A bolt box 13 is rotated and tightening operation is performed when an operation switch 14 for nut runners 11a, 11b is depressed, and the revolution of the bolt box is stopped when a load current reaches a target value or more. When operators 11a, 11b depress a tightening completion switch 15, the maximum value of the current during a time when the switch 15 is pushed next is conserved as tightening torque, and measured data are prepared and transmitted to the centralized controller 18, and synthesized with the reservation data, thus preparing operation recording.

    • PURPOSE:To allow even an operator with less experience to perform certain excavating operations easily and enhance the rate of service of an excavating machine by automating excavating operations among a series of operations with the machine. CONSTITUTION:An excavating machine control device includes a rotation sensor 17 for a winch in an excavating machine, a sensor 19 for the pressure of a hydraulic motor 16 to drive the winch, a sensor 20 to sense a bucket 6 at true top of a casing tube, and a calculator 22 to perform control calculation of the winch can the basis of signals from the sensors and a signal given by a setting device to set the excavation conditions. When the bucket is wound up or unwound down, the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding and the bucket moving amount are sensed on the basis of the pressure of the hydraulic motor and the signal given by the winch rotation sensor, and thereupon start/stop of the winch and its speed are controlled. The winch brake signal output timing is controlled so that the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding becomes appropriate from the wire slackening amount at the time of bucket grounding, max. speed of bucket fall, and the relation of the falling distance with the time in the event of falling.
