摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated-inverter electric compressor that can enhance assembly and vibration resistance of a power semiconductor switching device and a control substrate thereof constituting an inverter device. SOLUTION: The integrated-inverter electric compressor 1 having the inverter device (22) installed in an inverter container 11 provided on an outer circumference of a housing (3) includes: a plurality of IGBTs (24) constituting the inverter device (22); and a guide member (28) having a plurality of guide holes (62) for passing terminals (40) of the IGBTs (24) provided between the control substrate (25) and the IGBTs (24). The guide member (28) is provided with: at least one first positioning pin (63), fitted in positioning holes (35) provided in a mounting surface of the IGBT (24), in one side surface facing the IGBT (24); and at least one second positioning pin (64), fitted in positioning holes (46) provided in the control substrate (25), in the other side surface facing the control substrate (25).
