摘要： PURPOSE:To simply and surely produce a molded object by integrating addition type silicone rubber containing an adhesiveness imparting component to an aliphatic unsaturated group-containing polycarbonate resin and to enable injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A molding machine is a two-color injection molding machine equipped with injection devices and nozzle parts 1, 2 are connected to the cavities 5, 6 of molds 3, 4. The nozzle part 1 injects a resin from a mold parting line and the nozzle part 2 injects the resin from the central part of the right- hand surface of the mold 4. A polycarbonate resin is charged in the injection molding machine to be melted at 290 deg.C and injected in the cavity 5 from the nozzle part 1 to form a polycarbonate resin sheet molded article 7. In this case, injection conditions are set so that an injection time is 6sec, a cooling time is 35sec and the temp. of a cavity part 5 and the left mold 3 is 100 deg.C.

CONSTITUTION:This polymer is one represented by the formula I [wherein R1 to R8 are each H, halogen, alkoxyl, nitro, (substituted) alkyl or aryl; (A) is a siloxane of the formula II (wherein R9 and R10 are the same as R1 to R8; R11 and R12 are each H, alkyl or aryl; at least one of R13 to R15 is a siloxane group represented by the formula III wherein R16 to R18 are each alkyl, aryl and n is 1-500), the other is alkyl or aryl; a is 1-10; m is 5-200; and X is any one of groups of the formula IV (wherein R19 and R20 are the same as R1 to R8 or may be combined with each other to form a carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring; R21 and R22 are each alkyl or aryl; and b and d are each 0-500)] and having an intrinsic viscosity of 2.0dintegral l/g or below. This polymer is obtained by reacting a dihydric phenol of formula V and a monohydric phenol of the formula VI with a corbonic-ester-forming compound.
