    • A cooling and heating device having a cooling cycle circuit and a heating cycle circuit with a refrigerant heater for heating refrigerant includes a cooling circuit extending from a compressor through an outdoor heat exchanger, a resistance element (capillary) and an indoor heat exchanger to the suction inlet side of the compressor; and a heating circuit extending from between the discharge outlet side of the compressor and the outdoor heat exchanger directly through the indoor heat exchanger and the refrigerant heater to the suction inlet side of the compressor. In the heating operation, the high temperature refrigerant from the compressor, which is heated by the refrigerant heater, flows in the indoor heat exchanger in a direction opposite to that in which the refrigerant flows in the cooling operation, so that the refrigerant radiates heat through the indoor heat exchanger, and the refrigerant phases on either side of the indoor heat exchanger are the same for either cooling or heating.

    • PURPOSE:To control moisture in a housing device and to prevent condensation in the housing device by providing a heat exchanger to an air supply channel provided with an air supply blower supplying an outside air to the housing device and a circulation channel circulating an indoor air by means of a circulating blower. CONSTITUTION:A wind circuit of a housing device 4 is constituted of a circulating channel 14 having a suction port 12, discharge port 13 and circulation blower 15, air supply blower 21 forming an air supply channel 20 and air supply current through a suction top 18 and a heat exchanger 22 exchanging sensible heat. A ventilating fan is operated by a device having the wind circuit, an air enters the circulating channel 14 from the suction port, it returns to a room 13 from the discharge port 13 through the heat exchanger 22, while, the outdoor air enters the air channel 20 through the suction top 18, and it is exhausted to a specific space through the heat exchanger 20. A channel change-over damper 23 is provided, and the air supply current is supplied to a side wall of the housing device 4 to prevent condensation.
