    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide manufacturing apparatus and manufacturing method for antenna, using wax (WAX) to realize favorable low distortion of a antenna panel requiring high-accuracy grinding and incorporated with algorithm for high accuracy.
      SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus for an antenna includes: a wax storing tool 5 mounted opposite to a projecting part 3 temporarily formed at the back 1b of the antenna panel 1, the interior of which is filled with WAX 4; a Peltier element 6 for melting/solidifying the WAX4; and a stage 7 in which at the time of melting the WAX 4, the projecting part 3 is soaked in the WAX 4 filling the interior of the wax storing tool 5 and the projecting part 3 is buried to a position not to abut on the base of the wax storing tool 5, wherein in the state where the projecting part 3 and the wax storing tool 5 are solidified, the displacement amount of the working surface of the antenna panel 1 is measured by a displacement sensor 8, and after the displacement is corrected, working is started.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at improvement in parallelism and flatness, by applying a first polishing to both sides side by side of the sheet stuck to a work holder via wax, correcting each surface roughness and, after stress release by means of heating and annealing, applying a second polishing likewise. CONSTITUTION:A workpiece 1 of a germanium sheet or the like is stuck to a work holder 2 via wax 3, while a first polishing by diamond abrasive grains is applied to a polishing surface A, and surface from and surface roughness are corrected. Next, the surface A is turned down, and surface form and surface roughness of a polishing surface B are corrected likewise. Afterward, it is heated up to a temperature, for example, of 60-80 deg.C where the wax 3 is melted, annealed, stress is released, and the workpiece 1 is clamped in a curved state by a polishing strain difference, applying a second polishing to the A surface as well, then it is turned down, thus this second polishing is applied to the B surface as well, and both surfaces A and B are formed into a polished surface being high in from accuracy. Thus, parallelism and flatness is both surfaces of the sheet are polishable so favorably and, what is more, such a surface that is high in form accuracy is securable.

    • PURPOSE:To easily reduce the noise of an oil-immersed electrical apparatus which is transmitted through the oil within the joint pipe connecting said oil- immerced electrical apparatus and a cooling device by providing a noise absorbing material at the inside of a bent portion prepared in said joint pipe. CONSTITUTION:Noise generated by the transformer 1 and is transmitted by the oil 3 in the joint pipe 6 is absorbed by the absorbing material 7 provided in the bending portion 2a. In this case, since the noise absorbing material is provided at least the area to which sound wave of noise generated from the unit 1 collide at the inside of the bending portion 6a of joint pipe 6, the noise which is passing in the joint pipe 6 is effectively absorbed by such absorbing material. If the noise which passes within the joint pipe 6 from the pipe wall 6b of joint pipe 7 and leaks to outside of the chamber 2a is as high as being judged as a problem, such noise can also be reduced by providing as required the noise absorbing material at the outside of pipe wall 6b.

By analyzing the process in which molten metal is cooled/solidified in a cavity 5 of a metal mold 4, at solidification completing, the temp. distribution data of the metal mold 4 and product in the cavity 5 is obtained. By executing heat deformation analysis based on the temp. distribution data, a shape defining point Pa (x)' after the metal mold 4 is heat deformed is obtained. By executing heat deformation analysis based on a shape of the metal mold 4 after heat deformed, a shape defining point Pa (x)'' after the product 8 in cavity 5 is heat deformed is obtained. While taking the point Pa (x) for a center of symmetry, the point Pa (x)''' in point symmetry with the point Pa (x)'' is obtained, it is made to the shape defining point of the metal mold 4, the metal mold is designed.
