Consequently, the self-holding power supply circuit 9 is discharged and the solenoid pump 10 is stopped.

On the other hand, the combustion air blower fan 24 is braked by a means for subjecting an alternate current power source to half-wave rectification and the like to decrease air amount and then operation is interrupted.
