    • In an EGR valve or an ISC valve used as control valve unit for regulating the passing quantity of controlled fluid circulating in internal combustion engines for automobiles and the like, the fluid path is provided within a housing and a control valve for controlling the flow rate of the controlled fluid flowing through the fluid path is provided within the fluid path so that the spindle of the valve can maintain satisfactory slidableness even when the controlled fluid contains carbon or foreign matters and, furthermore, a stable coaxial position and holding performance can be obtained with respect to the linear drive of the valve spindle. And a valve spindle is provided to support this control valve; operating means to open and close the control valve by operating the valve spindle is provided at one end of the valve spindle; a first bearing to support the valve spindle slidably is fitted to the housing on one side of the control valve; and a second bearing held in the housing by a holding member on the other side of the control valve and having elasticity to support the valve spindle slidably is provided.

    • An exhaust gas reflux device which is capable of accurately adjusting a valve opening to appropriately reflux an exhaust gas to a combustion chamber (1a) of a four cycle engine (1) for automobiles, even if the exhaust gas is a high temperature, high pressure exhaust gas from a diesel turbocar. In the exhaust gas reflux device (8), a movable shaft (23) is provided with two closure valves (19, 20) to allow an exhaust gas to flow into a movable space (10a) from within movable ranges of the two closure valves (19, 20). Accordingly, a high pressure of the exhaust gas constantly act on the two closure valves (19, 20) to be cancelled, and do not interfere with movements of the movable shaft (23), so that despite a high temperature, high pressure exhaust gas from a diesel turbocar, the movable shaft can be moved accurately by a small force of a stepping motor (17).

    • An exhaust gas recirculation control valve device, in which wall surfaces at an inlet of an exhaust gas passage are enhanced in anticorrosion against exhaust gases to suppress deposit of fine particules thereto and significantly reduce frequency of maintenance, and which is excellent in assembling quality and inexpensive. The exhaust gas recirculation control valve device comprises a housing (41) having therein an exhaust gas passage (33), a control valve (7) provided in the housing for controlling an amount of exhaust gases circulated in an intake pipe of an engine through the exhaust gas passage, a shield body (42) formed from a material, which is superior to the housing in anticorrosion against exhaust gases, into a cylinder having a valve seat at a tip end thereof, the valve seat abutting against the control valve, the shield body being mounted at an inlet of the exhaust gas passage to cover an inner wall surface of the inlet of the exhaust gas passage, a valve stem (23) connected to the control valve and slidably arranged relative to a slide member press fitted into the housing, a diaphragm (8) mounted to an end of the valve stem and adapted to be actuated by a pressure difference to open and close the control valve, and a negative pressure casing (14) for forming the pressure difference through the diaphragm.
