    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor with twin bearing structure journaling a compression part on both sides, in which the bearing structure prevents uneven contact of a bearing part and is easy to be assembled.
      SOLUTION: A main shaft of a double-sided scroll compressor is extended to penetrate an oscillating scroll and a pair of fixed scrolls, is rotated together with a slider to oscillate the oscillating scroll, and is provided with first and second support parts rotatably supported in a double support manner on both sides of the oscillating scroll by bearing parts of the fixed scrolls. The support part of the main shaft has bushes fitted to be rotatable with respect to the bearing parts of the fixed scrolls, curved surface parts abutted with an inner peripheral surface of the bushes so as to allow the main shaft to sidlingly move with respect to the bushes, and joint means making the bushes rotate together with the main shaft while allowing the main shaft move sidlingly. The curved surface parts are annular projection parts extended circumferentially around the main shaft approximately throughout a whole circumference of the main shaft and is approximately brought into line-contact with an inner peripheral surface of the bushes, and are in contact with the bushes at approximately central parts in thickness of the fixed scrolls.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor in which poor sealeability on a part required for sealing, contact of addendum, abnormal abrasion of an elastic material, and fatigue failure are not generated, and having high performance and high reliability. SOLUTION: A peripheral protrusion 4c outward in the radial-direction is provided over the whole periphery on the outer peripheral surface of a partition plate 4. The outside diameter of the peripheral protrusion 4c is set smaller than the inside diameter of a shell main body 9 by the dimension corresponding to the contraction amount of the shell main body 9 after a shell cover 20 is sealed by welding. That is, a small clearance α is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral protrusion 4c and the inner peripheral surface of the shell main body 9 before welding. The partition plate 4 is mounted in the shell main body 9, and the partition plate 4 and a frame 3 are fixed to each other. After that, when the shell main body 9 and the shell cover 20 are welded, the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral protrusion 4c of the partition plate 4 and the inner peripheral surface of the shell main body 9 are bonded to each other by contraction of the welded shell 9. Therefore, a space between a high-pressure side space 30 and a low-pressure side space 31 is partitioned and sealed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a sealing member from abrasion and damage due to a hole of a base plate part of a fixed scroll by cutting off a part corresponding to the hole opened on the bottom of the base plate part of the fixed scroll for the sealing member inside a spiral groove on the upper surface of a spiral projection of an oscillating scroll. CONSTITUTION:A fixed scroll 1 provided with a spiral projection 1b on the bottom of a base plate 1a and an oscillating scroll 2 provided with a spiral projection 2b on the upper surface of a base plate 2a are prepared, and sealing members 8, 9 are inserted into spiral grooves 6, 7 formed on an end surface of each of the spiral projections 1b, 2b. In such a scroll compressor, the sealing member 9 on the side of the oscillating scroll 2 is preliminary cut off A on a part corresponding to the by-pass port 12 of the fixed scroll 1. Then, movement of the sealing member 9 is prevented by a pin 20 set up in the spiral groove 7.
