摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a highly stable dye laser device capable of continuous operation by providing a reservoir tank and a dye cell in a laser chamber, and providing a supply tank for storing a dye solution and a recovery tank for recovering and storing part of the die solution in a dye solution chamber. CONSTITUTION:There are provided in another chamber (called a dye solution chamber) from a chamber in which a reservoir tank 3 is provided (provided normally in a laser chamber), a supply tank 8 where a dye (Rhodamin 6G) is included in an alcohol solvent, a recovery tank 9, a supply pump 10 mounted on the supply tank 8, a level meter H for controlling a dye solution level in the supply tank 8. The dye solution in the supply tank 8 is supplied to the reservoir tank 8 little by little from the supply pump 10. Therefore, the amount of storage of alcohol in the laser chamber can be set to a specified level or less, and it is unnecessary to exchange alcohol, and further stable operation is assured. Further, operation capability of a circulation pump 2 may be reduced. Additionally, a dye solution of predetermined quality can be maintained.

CONSTITUTION: When the length of a line is measured, at first a power source switch 5 is turned ON, and the measuring instrument is operated. Thereafter, the contraction scale of the line is inputted by operating keys of a keyboard 4. Then feelers 6 are moved along a groove 8. The feelers 6 are set on both ends of the line. The potential difference of a resistor 10 between two feelers 6 is read and inputted to an A/D converter 11. The data is converted into a digital value and it is inputted to an operating part 12. The operating part 12 converts the data of the length of the line in accordance with the inputted contraction scale into the value of an actual scale. The value of the actual scale and the contraction scale are displayed on a measured value display part 14 and a con- traction scale display part 15 of a display panel 3.
