摘要： A pulse laser beam of energy distribution having a plurality of peaks is generated (e.g. having a TEM01 mode or greater) and is directed onto an optical system. The system combines beam-condensing optical elements and multi-beam-splitting prism elements so that the peaks of energy distribution in the laser beam mode fall correspondingly on the cut surfaces of each of the multi-beam-splitting prism elements. Each of the condensing and splitting elements may either be of transmission or reflection type, and further they may be of separate or integral type. Fresnel lenses or meniscus lenses may be used as beam-condensing optical elements. As a result, a plurality of pulse laser beam-condensed spots are produced.

摘要： The appts. has a laser oscillator for delivering a laser beam with an energy distribution mode having several peaks. Several beam splitter elements have cleaved surfaces and which are arranged so that the multiple peaks of the laser beam are incident on the respective associated elements and produce several concentrated beam spots on the workpiece. Laser processing appts., for simultaneously processing a workpiece at several locations using the energy of a single laser beam, has a laser oscillator for delivering a laser beam in an energy distribution mode having several peaks. A concentrator concentrates the laser beam, and a beam splitter splits the concentrated first beam into several second laser beams in accordance with the energy distribution peaks and produces several concentrated beam spots on the workpiece. The workpiece is moved relative to the beam spots. The beam splitter and/or beam concentrator is of reflection type for changing the propagation direction of the laser beam. The beam splitter is a prismatic lens and the beam concentrator is a Fresnel lens or a meniscus lens. USE/ADVANTAGE - For producing very small air circulation holes in filter packing paper, in packaging materials for textiles, food, etc. Web perforating productivity is increased without increasing the web transport speed.

On the other hand, the slave station 5n receives '0' and since the transmission/reception contents (='0') of its own station are coincident, the transmission is continued as the transmission enable state.
