    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an oil discharged from a main frame from entering the refrigerating cycle, by providing a compressor with a holder which has a male/ female fitting part for fitting with the lower part of a main frame, and providing its upper part with a structure which temporarily receives a lubricating oil which has passed through a rotational part. SOLUTION: A lower part of a main frame 6 has a cylindrical fitting projecting part 6e as a male/female fitting part and a casting tray-shaped holder 20 which has a cylindrical fitting recessed part 20b as a male/female fitting part fitting with the projecting part 6e. The upper part of the holder 20 is equipped with a structure which temporarily receives lubricating oil which has passed through a rotational part and with a discharging 20a. Oil which finishes lubricating a bearing surface 6b of a thrust force collects in the holder 20 through an oil discharging hole 6c which is placed on the mail frame 6, and returns to the lower part of a sealed container 10 through the discharging pipe 20a. Because path for lubricating oil is ensured at each part, lubricating oil 13 is certainly cycled in a compressor, amount of oil entering into a refrigerating cycle is reduced, and amount of stored oil can be kept.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm a precise oil level of a lubricating oil, by forming the piping upper part and lower part out of a side wall of a sealed container to the outside, and connecting a window attaching member in which the upper part of the window is higher than an upper limit of an oil level of the lubricating oil in the normal condition and the lower part of the window is lower than a lower limit of the oil level of the lubricating oil in the normal condition. SOLUTION: A pair of upper and lower pipes 120 are mounted on the outer part of a sealed container 8 by welding so that ends of the pipes open at the upper and lower positions of a sub-frame 6, respectively. A window attaching member 96 consists of a longitudinal hollow member 96a and a window 96b, upper and lower parts of the hollow member 96a are connected with the other ends of the pipes 120, respectively. The window 96b is placed at a position where the upper part of the window is higher than an upper limit of an oil level of a lubricating oil in the normal condition and the lower part of the window is lower than a lower limit of the oil level of the lubricating oil in the normal condition. Because the window attaching member 96 is pressure-balanced with a low-pressure space (motor-side space) 84 in the sealed container 8 through the pipes 120, the oil level of the lubricating oil dose not oscillate and the oil level position is easily conformed. In addition, whole oil level region of the lubricating oil in the normal condition can be confirmed in the range of the window 96b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate any oil temperature drop due to a liquid refrigerant in time of liquid back operation by installing a partitioning member partitioning a liquid sump, to be installed in the bottom of a shell, into both first and second liquid sumps, and opening an oil pump part in this first liquid sump. SOLUTION: A refrigerant induced from a suction pipe 82 passes through a clearance in a frame 5, and sucked in a compression space from an inlet port 100a of a fixed scroll 1 and/or passing through a clearance between a shell 8 and a motor 7, then it is turned over at a motor side airspace 84, finally it is sucked in the compression space after passing through an air gap of the motor 7. In addition, in time of liquid backing, a liquid refrigerant passes through a clearance between the shell 8 and the motor 7, and it is collected in a liquid sump 87 out of two liquid sumps 86 and 87 partitioned off by a partition member 13. Oil lubricating even bearing part gets into the liquid sump 86 by way of an oil pipe connected to a drain oil pipe 52 after passing through this pipe 52 attached to a lower part of the frame 5, so that oil and the liquid refrigerant are separated from each other. Since an oil pump 32 is merely opened to the liquid sump 86, oil supplying is sufficiently carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform a relative positioning between a fixed scroll and an oscillating scroll and to facilitate assembly. SOLUTION: In positioning and assembly of a scroll compressor, the third guide hole 50C and the fourth guide hole 50D, which are coaxial with the first guide hole 50A and the second guide hole 50B in an upper bearing support 7, are respectively bored in a fixed scroll 1 penetratingly. And when the contact faces of the fixed scroll 1 and the upper bearing support 7 are brought into mutual contact, the fixed scroll 1 and the oscillating scroll 2 are positioned relatively so that the first guide pin 46A is fitted in the first guide hole 50A and the third guide hole 50C while the second guide pin 46B is fitted in the second guide hole 50B and the fourth guide hole 50D. After the fixed scroll 1 and the upper bearing support 7 are fixed by means of a fastening means such as a bolt, the first guide pin 46A and the second guide pin 46B are pulled out from the third guide hole 50C and the fourth guide hole 50D.
