摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a card itself from being protruded from a case for the main body of an equipment by inserting the card from a card inserting port, which is formed in the case for the main body of the equipment, to the case for the main body of the equipment together with a card holder in a state that the card is inserted and coupling the card to a connector mounted in the case for the main body of the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A card holder 2 is used and the card is inserted to this card holder and housed in a case 3 for the main body of the equipment together with the card holder 2. Then, a grip 9 is provided in the card holder 2 and only this grip 9 is protruded from the case 3 for the main body of the equipment. Accordingly, when the grip 9 is turned and used as the cover body of a card inserting port 4, the card inserting port 4 is covered with the grip 9. Thus, a card 1 is prevented from being easily drawn out and the grip 9 itself is made parallel to the side surface of the case 3 for the main body of the equipment as well. Accordingly, the grip 9 is not almost protruded from the case 3 for the main body of the equipment and prevented from being an obstacle when the equipment is handled.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component inserting device capable of reducing an insertion defect in a radial component to a circuit board and reliably detecting a defect when the defect occurs, and to provide a component inserting method. SOLUTION: The radial component 1 is held to face the circuit board 5 at a predetermined insertion position. A guide pin 15 having a hollow part 17 penetrates the insertion hole 5a of the circuit board 5 from the opposite position of the radial component 1 concerning the circuit board 5 and is progressed toward the lead wire 3 of the radial component 1. Negative pressure is supplied to the hollow part 17 so as to catch by suction the tip of the lead wire 3 by the hollow part 17. When the guide pin 15 together with the lead wire 3 is returned to the position before penetrating the insertion hole 5a from the progress position, the lead wire 3 is put through the insertion hole 5a of the circuit board 5. Then, the radial component 1 is inserted to the circuit board 5. 摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten an operational time taken for changing the direction of a wire rod by supporting a nozzle part movably to a body part of a wire rod supply means and moving the nozzle part to a position in which it does not interfere with the wire rod held in an inserting means in the rotation of the inserting means. The nozzle part 5 together with the wire rod 1 is elastically deformed around the pivot 6 in the direction C to a position spaced from the maximum movable rotary radius R of an inserting means 9 for inserting the wire rod 1 cut to a predetermined length into a material to be inserted. Thus, a operational time taken for converting the direction of the wire rod 1 can be shortened to continuously supply the wire rod 1 with high speed.
