    • PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker without anisotropy for rigidity by flowing a solution melting a resin including a needle filler or fiber from the origin of a mold of cone shape along its generating line and solidifying it by cooling or the like so as to form the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The needle filler or fiber included in a solution melting or dissolving the resin are oriented lengthwise along the flowing direction of the solution. In flowing this solution uniformly in the direction of outer circumference along the generating line from the origin of the cone shape, the lengthwise direction of the needle fillers or fibers included in the solution along the generating line from the origin to the outer circumference is oriented. The needle fillers or fibers are oriented uniformly in the direction of the generating lines from the vertex of the diaphragm obtained by evaporating the solvent or cooling the solution so as to solidify it, and the diaphragm is reinforced without any anisotropy, allowing to suppress abnormal amplitude. Concretely, a polyallylate resin is used, a 20wt% of carbon fibers is kneaded therewith the mixture is heated to 320 deg.C, and the solution kneaded well is floned from the origin of the cone shaped mold kept at 100 deg.C.

    • PURPOSE:To extend surface sound phenomenon due to split resonance to a high frequency band by forming a diaphragm having film thickness made uniform with only the edge part made thin to improve a surface rigidity as the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin such as a polyarylate is formed into a film 1, it is heated 2 to near its melting point to fluidize. In this state, elastic bodies 5, 6 fix a part corresponding to an adhesion margin to be adhered to the speaker frame of said film 1. Then, the diaphragm part is formed (C) at the center of the film 1 fixed in ring shape with said elastic bodies 5, 6. This is formed by vacuum forming, compress forming or press forming using a desired shaped metal die 9. The edge part is formed (D) by expanding mechanically the distance between the diaphragm metal die 9 and said elastic bodies 5, 6. This is attained by inserting pseudo cylindrical rings 4, 7 having wedge cross section. Finally, the elastic bodies 5, 6 fixing said adhesion margin are removed from the film.

    • PURPOSE:To reproduce sounds in a wide band from a low sound band to a high sound band, by heating a thermoplastic resin sheet so that this sheet is higher according as going from the center toward the outside circumferential part and forming this sheet into a conical shape by cold press. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheet 1 where a high-density polyethylene synthetic pulp (80wt%) is used as a base material and carbon fibers (20wt%) having 5mm. fiber length are used as a reinforcing material is heated between heating plates 2 and 3; and heating plates 2 and 3 have tubes 6 and 7 for flow of cooling water in center parts of discs 4 and 5, and band heaters 8 and 9 are provided on outside circumferences of discs 4 and 5. The temperature of heating plates 2 and 3 is 170 deg.C in the cone part and is 210 deg.C in the outside circumferential part, and the heating time is 2 seconds. The softened paper sheet is formed into a conical shape between upper and lower dies 10 and 11 by cold press. A formed diaphragm 14 has 90g/m face density in the center part and has 75g/m face density in the outside circumferential part.
