    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of handling and mounting in a conventional cable type piezoelectric sensor in which an evaluation circuit 2 having a configuration larger than outside diameter of a cable type piezoelectric sensor disturbs conveyance of a product or its installation to a window frame and the like or hooks something to cause damage of the evaluation circuit 2 and the evaluation circuit 2 cannot be installed to an elastic body 3.
      SOLUTION: This cable type piezoelectric sensor is provided with a terminal part in which an impedance conversion means having a configuration not larger than the outside diameter of the piezoelectric sensor is connected to a core electrode and an outside electrode in at least one end part of the piezoelectric sensor. The outside diameter of the terminal part can be set not to be larger than the outside diameter of the piezoelectric sensor, so that handling and installation to the elastic body and the like can be facilitated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a concrete and reliable constitution for connecting a resistance for disconnection detection to a piezoelectric sensor is not expressed clearly on a conventional piezoelectric sensor, and that insertion is difficult when inserting the piezoelectric sensor into an inner hole provided in a rubber member because a printed circuit board becomes larger than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric sensor even if the printed circuit board is used when fixing the resistance. SOLUTION: A resistor 5 having the size smaller than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric sensor is connected between a core electrode 1 and an outside electrode 3, to thereby enable the outer diameter of a terminal part to be the same as or smaller than the outer diameter of the piezoelectric sensor, and hereby the piezoelectric sensor can be easily inserted and fixed in the inner hole of the mounting rubber member. Besides, a constitution wherein the long axis direction of the resistor 5 is squared with the coaxial direction of the core electrode 1, and one lead wire 6a of the resister is connected to the core electrode 1, and the other lead wire 6b is folded back and connected to the outside electrode 3, namely, the concrete and reliable constitution for connecting the resistance for disconnection detection to the piezoelectric sensor is provided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate malfunction such as inability of coating extrusion, coating composition leakage from a seal plate 4 part, and a failure of an extruder 1 caused by rise of pressure necessary for extrusion due to curve of flow of molten coating composition at an extruding head part in performing coating with using coating very viscous composition even under a molten condition such as piezoelectric composite material composed of piezoelectric ceramic powder and synthetic rubber by an electric wire coating extruder. SOLUTION: The electric wire coating extruder is provided with an extruder 1 melting and extruding coating composition and an extruding head 2 coating molten coating composition on a core wire 3, and has a structure supplying flow of the molten coating composition in a straight route until the core wire is coated. Consequently, coating extrusion can be performed with controlling the rise of the extruding pressure, and occurrence of malfunctions such as inability of coating extrusion, coating composition leakage from the seal plate 4 part, and failure of the extruder 1 can be avoided.
