摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the control of a tape which is recorded with a track pitch longer than the head level difference of a pair of heads, to the optimum tracking phase by controlling the tape feeding phase so that a pilot signal detected value coincides with the command value for setting the target value. SOLUTION: The pilot signal f1 is recorded by the reproducing head 70b provided with a head gap of R azimuth, and the pilot PL signal obtained from the track 60c having the same azimuth is used. A reproduced signal is supplied to an error detecting circuit 16 through a PL signal detecting means 18, and the difference between the output of the detecting means 18 and the command value from a setting means 15 is calculated in the circuit 16. The obtained error signal is transmitted to a capstan controller 5, and the generated torque of a capstan 3 is controlled so that the input signal becomes zero. Then, the phase of tape is controlled so that the level of the detected PL signal f1 coincides with the command value of the setting means 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust and synthesize images without decoding re-compression by replacing a DC component of a sum of both outputs of an extract means for a DC component of a luminance signal in a received compression video signal V and a setup level setting means with a DC component of the luminance signal of the signal V. SOLUTION: One of compressed video signals V received from an input terminal 101 is given to a Y-DC extract device 102 and an A/D converter 104 converts the voltage set by a variable resistor 104 into a digital value to set a correction amount. An adder 105 adds a DC component of a luminance signal outputted from an extract device 102 and a correction amount of a setup level outputted from the A/D converter 104 and outputs a DC component of the corrected luminance signal. A multiplexer 106 being a signal replacement means receives the other signal V and replaces the DC component of the luminance signal with the output signal of the adder 105 and provides an output. Thus, the video image is edited at a low cost without deterioration in image quality without conducting decoding and compression.

A second positional signal composing means 12 generates two groups of positional signals which conduct only between two specified current feeding terminals and whose conducting direction reverses according to output signals of the pulse generating means 11. A switching means 13 outputs the groups of signals from the first positional signal composing means 6 to a power supplying means 7 when a torque direction command input from outside is an acceleration command and it outputs the group of positional signals from the second positional signal composing means 12 to the power supplying means 7 when the torque directional command is a speed reduction command.

Consequently, power is supplied to a tape driving control circuit 20 to smoothly stop a take-up reel motor rotating integrally with a take-up reel 7. At the same time, the position of a post 4, which is determined by the balance of force between a spring 21 and tension of the magnetic tape 1 is detected by a position sensor 24. Thus, the tension of the magnetic tape 1 is detected, and a supply reel motor for rotating integrally with a supply reel 2 is driven to secure prescribed tension.
