    • PURPOSE:To produce a roasting cooker featuring good cooking efficiency and convenience of being free from trouble in cleaning the gridiron with water by a setup in which the cooking-heat source is provided at the heating-chamber wall opposite to the door and opens at a position corresponding to an intermediate point between a gridiron and a dripping pan and in which the end part of the dripping pan on the side of the door serves as a means of controlling a current of air. CONSTITUTION:The heat of a Bunsen flame produced by a cooking-heat source 16, which a blower 17 sends with a diffusing flow of air through an opening in the heating chamber 11, diffuses as a current of heated air in the heating chamber 11, and while it heats the lower part of the cooking object 13 on a gridiron 14, the current of heated air impinges against an air current-controlling device 19 which extends to the end part 19a of a dripping pan 15; then it rises as it changes the direction of the current along the shape of the air current-controlling device 19 and is eventually discharged through a discharge port 10. The air current-controlling device 19 at all times controls the current of heated air in such a way as to bring about a constant distribution of heat to achieve a favorable condition for cooking while the door 9 is prevented from a high rise in temperature. Also, with no superfluous attachments, the gridiron 14 can be cleaned by washing in a simple manner.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a rice cooking time to be made constant and improve a cooked state of rice without having any relation with an amount of rice to be cooked by a method wherein a time ratio of intermittent heating between a weak fire and a strong fire under a control time of weak fire and strong fire discriminated as a boiling state is varied. CONSTITUTION:An amount of cooking rice in a pan is assumed with an input of an output data got from a pan bottom temperature sensing means 4, and a heating operation is carried out in an intermittent heating in a strong fire or a weak fire after boiling in reference to the most suitable time ratio of strong fire and weak fire for a rice cooking. That is, when it is judged that the boiling state is set, a signal for performing an intermittent heating with a time ratio of strong fire and weak fire is sent to a load control means 12 in reference to an amount of cooking rice stored in an amount-of-cooked rice discriminating and storing means 6 is sent to a load control means 12 to perform intermittent heatings 1 and 2. With such an arrangement, a time (a) at a moisture evaporating temperature T2 is made constant in reference to a discrimination of boiling without having any relation with an amount of cooked rice and then a cooked rice state can be improve.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to mount and dismount a dirty door glass and dirty metallic glass frame from a handle on which they are supported and wash them wholly by supporting removably the door glass and metallic glass frame respectively in the recessed section of the handle. CONSTITUTION:A door glass 9 with a metallic glass frame 10 are pressed by a plate spring with a constant force. And they are supported in a recessed section 11a of a handle 11 individually and removably. An object to be cooked is put on a receiving tray 12 and when they are inserted into a roasting chamber and cooked, oil smoke and roasting liquid are generated and they fly and attach to the door glass, metallic glass frame 10, etc. to make them dirty, but the door glass 9 and metallic glass frame 10 can be dismounted simply and cleaned by washing wholly in a washing liquid or in other ways. Further, since the upper edge face 9a of the door glass 9 is not held by the metallic glass frame 10, it does not obstruct when the degree of roasting of the object to be cooked is confirmed.
