    • PURPOSE:To facilitate operation of a safety valve and to improve reliability by a method wherein a solenoid valve is used in place of a safety valve, and a hot water cold water changing-over switch is provided so that during the use of water, simple switching to water is effected, and during the initial stage of switching to water, an igniter is actuated for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:When a control button 7 is pressed and a water changing over switch 42 is pressed, a holding current to a solenoid valve 4 is disconnected, and once the solenoid valve is closed, the valve is not opened when a subsequent valve opening current does not flow. Thus, only a water valve 1 is opened in a state that the solenoid valve is closed, no combustion is effected, and only water is fed. In this case, since an igniter 23 is discharged for 9 seconds, when the solenoid valve is failed in operation and is not closed, ignition of gas is safe and leakage of live gas is prevented from occurring. Even when the water changing over switch 42 is pressed during combustion, a similar state described above is produced, a gas circuit is closed and only water is supplied. When the solenoid valve is failed in operation and is not closed, combustion is continued as it is and live gas is prevented from leakage.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a recovery smoothly returning to the set speed of rotation, with a hunting prevented from occurring, in cases that a rotational speed of the motor come to be above the set speed of rotation due to a disturbance. CONSTITUTION:A speed of DC motor 1 is detected by a frequency generator 3, being converted into a voltage signal by a F-V converter 4, with a signal inputted to a forward run-brake switching circuit 5, and in accordance with whether an operation at forward run or brake, are switched a drive circuit 2 and a differential amplifier outpout selector circuit 6. An output signal of differential amplifier 7 is given to the drive circuit 2 through the output selector circuit 6 and DC amplifier 8, making a control of the motor 1. The forward run-brake switching circuit 5, by means of switching the drive circuit 2 through a drive circuit switching circuit 9, will change a generating torque of the motor 1 to a positive direction and negative direction in a manner of interlocking, and in case of the rotational speed increasing due to a disturbance, a recovery to smoothly return to the initial speed of rotation can be operated without causing phenomena of hunting.

      SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a flow measuring means 2, a measuring side microcomputer 3 for determining the instantaneous flow rate or the flow rate integrated value, a measurement side nonvolatile storage means 4 used for relay of data transfer, a measurement side intermittent power supply means 6 for supplying power to the storage means 4, a write flow data selection means 7 for selecting the flow data of the instantaneous flow rate or the flow rate integrated value, a flow rate display means 8 for displaying the instantaneous flow rate or the flow rate integrated value, a collection side microcomputer 10 for reading out the flow data written in the measuring side nonvolatile storage means 4, a collection side intermittent power supply means for supplying power, when reading out the flow data written in a collection side nonvolatile storage means 12 for preserving the flow data successively, and a data collection start/finish selection means 13 for commanding the start or the finish of data collection to the collection side microcomputer 10.
