摘要： A method for growing a tissue structure includes providing a scaffold having the shape of the tissue structure and seeding the scaffold with tissue precursor cells. The seeded scaffold is then grown in vitro under conditions and for an incubation time sufficient for the tissue precursor cells to produce tissue on the scaffold and to from a tissue structure that can be implanted into a patient without causing an immune response.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a sanitary suction port or a sanitary pouring port without losing a container cap by sliding the container cap to open or close the container. SOLUTION: The cap 1 is opened, its supporting segment 2 is slid to cause the suction port or the pouring port 3 to be appeared at a bottle. A suction port and a pouring port is assured by sliding a cap, prevent the main body container and the cap from being separated from each other, the cap is prevented from being lose, and the cap is enabled to be opened or closed with one hand so as to eliminate some problems that a screw cap is lost due to separation between a main body container and the cap when liquid is fed out of the container with the result that operator's both hands are to be used, a short suction port and a short pouring port in the cap are quite inconvenient when a beverage is drunk or when a beverage is put un another container having a narrow port.
