SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor having low parasitic inductance includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a dielectric, a first contact, and a second contact. The dielectric has a first surface and a second surface wherein the first and second surfaces are arranged opposite to each other. The first surface of the dielectric is coupled with the first electrode. The second electrode is substantially rectangular and it has a first contact finger.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit, a method and an apparatus for performing the adjusting of an electronic circuit with low noise and a high resolution.
      SOLUTION: According to one embodiment of this invention, a capacitance value is adjusted by performing pulse width modulation to a control voltage applied to a switch which exists in series with a capacitor. The pulse width modulation of a control signal can be adjusted by using an entry stored in a lookup table based on the appropriate method such as using an analog or digital control signal. The frequency response and characteristics of the electronic circuit are adjusted by changing the capacitance values. The frequency response may be a configuration which does not change according to conditions of a temperature, a power supply voltage or processing.
