摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pivot receiving member capable of properly supporting a pivot by strength to some extent even when a hold-down metal fitting is not used. SOLUTION: A pair of receiving pawls 4, 4', to which the pivot P of the door is fitted, are installed at the front end of a receiving metal fitting 2 fixed onto a door frame, a closing metal fitting 3, to which an operating pawl 5 and a closing pawl 6 are formed integrally, is supported rotatably to the receiving pawl 4', the place of mounting to the receiving metal fitting 2 of the closing metal fitting 3 is rotated to the rear with fitting between the receiving pawls 4, 4' of the pivot P, and the periphery of the pivot P is specified so as to be held by the receiving pawls 4, 4' and the closing pawl 6. Engaging means 7, 9 engaged with the closing metal fitting 3 and urged so as to turn the closing metal fitting 3 to the rear side are mounted between the closing metal fitting 3 and the receiving metal fitting 2. The pivot P is held at all times by the receiving pawls 4, 4' and the closing pawl 6.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure fitting amount of a pivot into a pivot receive metal fitting sufficiently even if a clearance in the vertical direction between a door and a mounting frame is adjusted. SOLUTION: A screw hole 5 is provided in a platelike fixed metal fitting 2 which is fixed on a mounting frame of a door, and a shaftlike pivot 3 in which a screw groove 8 is formed on an outer peripheral face thereof is screw- fitted in the screw hole 5 to constitute a pivot metal fitting 1. Since an amount of protrusion of the pivot 3 from the fixed metal fitting 2 can be changed by rotating the pivot 3 in the screw hole 5, a clearance in the vertical direction between the door and the mounting frame can be adjusted and an amount of fitting of the pivot 3 into a pivot receive metal fitting can be ensured sufficiently by adjusting a position in the vertical direction of the pivot receive metal fitting which is fitted in the pivot 3 mounted on the door.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security lock whose connecting rod is not erected against a door. SOLUTION: This security lock comprises a base mount 2 which is mounted on a door, a fixing member 3, which is fixed with the door on the side surface of this base mount 2 as opposed and a connecting rod which moves forward and backward to and from this fixing member 3 and connects the base mount 2 to the fixing member 3. The connecting rod 4 is arranged to turn against the base mount 2 and the fixing member 3 accompanied by the opening of a door in a connected state of the base mount 2 and the fixing member 3 by way of this connecting rod 4. With the connecting rod 4 in a turned state, the connecting rod 4 and the fixing member 3 are arranged to be inseparable, thereby constituting a security lock 1. This construction allows the connecting rod 4 to advance to and retreat from the fixing member 3 and switches between the opening and closing operations of the lock.
