The gripping part 201 has at least: a control part 250 which can be switched into a control state where the rotation of the gripping part is controlled with respect to the body part 100, or into a release state where the control state is released to make the gripping part become rotatable; and switching operation parts 240 performing a switching operation between the control state and the release state in the control part 250. The switching operation parts 240 are respectively disposed at least on one side and the other side of the gripping part 201 in its rotational direction.
