摘要： A bit mounting device is adapted for removably mounting a bit on a tool which has a barrel including a mounting hole adapted for receiving the bit. The bit mounting device includes an engaging member engageable with the bit and a control member mounted on the barrel. The control member is movable between a holding position and a releasing position. The control member in the holding position is operable to fix the engaging member in an engaging position for engagement with the bit. The control member in the releasing position is operable to permit the engaging member to move from the engaging position to a disengaging position for disengagement from the bit. A stopper mechanism is operable to hold the control member in the releasing position when the bit is removed from the barrel.

摘要： The chuck (2) has a control sleeve (8) which is moved into the retaining position by a spring (11). A cylindrical round-ended locking piece (5) is pushed by the control sleeve to engage in a slot (Ba) in the tool shaft(B) and retain the tool in the chuck. To remove the tool, the control sleeve is pushed back to allow disengagement of the locking piece, and a leaf spring stop (6) pivoting on a pin (7) mounted on the chuck body holds the control sleeve in the open position. Insertion of a shaft pivots the stop to release the control sleeve and the locking piece to engage the shaft slot.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a bit without retreat operation of an operation sleeve by engaging a key with a key groove of the bit with the bit in the fitted condition, and advancing a regulating sleeve to prevent the displacement outwardly in the radial direction of the key and to keep the engaged condition of the key to the key groove. SOLUTION: In the condition in which a bit is fitted, a key 5 is engaged with a key groove Ba of a bit B, and a key regulating part 8a of a regulating sleeve 8 is positioned on the outer circumferential side of the key 5. When the bit B is drawn in the bit fitting condition, the operation sleeve 12 is retreatively operated against a compression spring 13. Then, the regulating sleeve 8 is also retracted against the compression spring 13, and in this retreating process, a rear part 6b of a leaf spring 6 is pressed by a rear end part of the regulating sleeve 8. When the regulating sleeve 8 is further retreated, a key relief part 8b is positioned on the outer circumferential side of the key 5, and the displacement outwardly in the rear direction of the key 5 is permitted to allow the bit B to be drawn out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To restrain the impact of mesh between a clutch member and a transmission member such as a gear and conduct changeover operation smoothly in a clutch mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed hole 37 whose upper surface is opened, is drilled in the main body 31 of a change lever fitted to the lower part of a gear housing 7, and at the same time an eccentric pin 25 is supported inside of the bottomed hole 37 by means of O rings 26, 27 made of elastic material. As a result, even if a clutch claw 24 and a meshing claw 8a do not with each other smoothly at motive power changeover operation, the eccentric pin 25 is inclined by means of the O rings 26, 27 in the bottomed hole 37 provided on the change layer and absorbs its load and energizes a clutch 21 to a second gear 8 side, so the clutch claw 24 and the meshing claw 8a mesh mutually and immediately, and there is no chance of the continuation of a state in which both do not mesh with each other.
