In particular, the improved openable pendant (1) comprises sealing means (8) arranged inside the inner chamber (4) in such a way as to physically separate it from the constraint means (7), suitable to isolate the inner chamber (4) from the external environment in order to prevent the dispersion outside, through the constraint means (7), of the symbolic, commemorative, fragrant and/or aromatic substance (S) or the entry into the inner chamber (4) through said constraint means (7), of external extraneous impurities that contaminate the symbolic, commemorative, fragrant and/or aromatic substance (S).
