摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the manufacturing and executing costs and surely keep the function over a long period by comparing the electric signal of oxygen concentration with a threshold, and instructing the time when it is out of this level. CONSTITUTION: A gaseous oxygen concentration monitoring device 10 is initialized by the application of an input 34 or the reset of a processor 22, and a calibration mark stored in a nonvolatile memory 24 is read to the processor 22. When the calibration mode of the device 10 is instructed by the input 34, the sensor output calibrating mark to a specified oxygen concentration is stored in the memory 24. The processor 22 is laid in monitoring mode, and the output of a sensor element 14 is extracted by a converter 20. The total required time until the output of the converter 20 exceeds a threshold is short when the oxygen concentration is high, and long when the concentration is low, and the operating time forms the function of oxygen concentration. Thus, the processor 20 judged that the time when the time required for conversion exceeds the converting time confirmed and stored during calibrating operation as the time when the oxygen concentration is lowered to a desirable minimum threshold (for example 85%) or less.

The controller includes a solenoid valve (28) which permits the bleed valve to function when the adsorption system pressure and PPO 2 is high.
