摘要： The present invention relates to a method for creation of an animated series of photographs. A photograph acquisition device analyzes the images in order to detect an absence of movement. The detection of an absence of movement during a determined period triggers a photograph to be taken and the memorization of image data in the series of photographs. The user introduces a command to end the acquisition of the series of photographs. The data of different to photographs taken are assembled to form an animated series. During the reproduction, the series is reproduced by displaying successively each photograph, the time between each photograph reproduction can possibly be introduced by the user. The invention also relates to a photograph acquisition device designed acquire said animated series of photographs.

This allows for the recording of huge digital archives with audio, video, text, still picture, etc. documents. It's getting more and more difficult for the user to keep an overview about all these archived documents and in particular to find the user preferred documents. The invention proposes to record a device profile in a reproduction device. The device profile is based on a number of document sets for classifying the documents. In the device profile it is recorded which document sets the user previously selected for reproduction in a given time of day slice. When the user is using the reproduction device in a given time of day slice, the reproduction appliance selects a document set for reproduction based on the previously recorded device profile. The user preferred document sets would thus be reproduced with higher priority.

At a certain moment specified by the broadcaster, a sequence is transmitted on the network, it is replaced at the level of the display of the receiver by another sequence extracted from a service broadcasting short transmissions. The choice of this service is made at the receiver level. To avoid the appearance of a black screen between the network's transmitted sequences and the short transmissions, the receiver dispatches a filler transmission to the screen.The invention also consists of a digital television receiver for implementing the process.
