    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet pasting method and a sheet pasting tool that can easily past a sheet to an adherend.SOLUTION: The sheet pasting method by which a protective sheet 2 having a base material 23 and an adhesive layer 22 and formed in substantially the same shape as an adherend surface is pasted to the adherend surface of the adherend includes: a step of pasting the protective sheet 2 onto a first surface 17 of the sheet pasting tool 1 which can be bent at the symmetrical axis position of the protective sheet 2 and bending the pasting tool 1 together with the protective sheet 2 such that a second surface 18 of the side opposite to the first surface 17 comes to the inner side; a step of peeling the protective sheet 2 up to the bent part of the pasting tool 1 to expose a part of the adhesive layer 22 while the pasting tool 1 is bent; a step of pressing the exposed adhesive layer 22 against an adherend surface to paste a part of the protective sheet 2; and a step of moving the pasting tool 1 along the adherend surface to expose the remaining part of the adhesive layer 22 and pressing the remaining part of the adhesive layer 22 against the adherend surface to paste the remaining part of the protective sheet 2 thereon.
