摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor including bypass means that can arrange a bypass hole in any position of a fixation scroll.SOLUTION: A compressor includes: a casing 110; a discharge cover 102 fixed to inside of the casing for partitioning into a suction space S and a discharge space D; a main frame 120 disposed to separate from the discharge cover; a turning scroll 130 turning on the main frame; a fixation scroll 140 that is vertically movable, forms a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber together with the turning scroll and includes a bypass hole formed to communicate with the intermediate pressure chamber; a back pressure chamber assembly that is fastened to the upper part of the fixation scroll to restrict the vertical movement, pressurizes the fixation scroll to the side of the turning scroll by making part of working fluid in the intermediate pressure chamber flow in and has a discharge flow passage communicating the discharge chamber with a discharge space; and a bypass valve for opening/closing the bypass hole. A bypass flow passage for communicating the bypass hole with the discharge flow passage is formed between the back pressure chamber assembly and the fixation scroll.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor including back pressure discharge means that can stably adjust pressure of a back pressure chamber even when an operating condition is changed.SOLUTION: A scroll compressor includes: a casing; a discharge cover fixed to inside of the casing for partitioning inside of the casing into a suction space and a discharge space; a main frame disposed to be separated from the discharge cover; a turning scroll supported on the main frame and turning; a fixation scroll that is installed vertically movably relative to the turning scroll, forms a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber together with the turning scroll and includes a discharge port for discharging working fluid; a back pressure chamber assembly that includes a back pressure chamber for pressurizing the fixation scroll to the side of the turning scroll by making the working fluid in the intermediate pressure chamber flow in, a back pressure discharge port communicated with the back pressure chamber, and a discharge flow passage communicating the discharge chamber with the discharge space and that is fastened to the fixation scroll. A check valve for preventing inflow of the working fluid into the back pressure chamber is installed at the back pressure discharge port between the back pressure chamber assembly and the fixation scroll.
