摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transmitting downlink control information, a method for generating a codeword for the same, and a method for generating a long code by a basic code repeating process for the same.SOLUTION: In generating a long code having a very low code rate, a basic code set to maximize its minimum distance between codes is repeated a prescribed number of times, and prescribed bits of the repeated code are adjusted to generate an entire code. Thereby, a minimum distance condition between codes of a long code is satisfied and simultaneously the code can be simply generated. In addition, control information can be transmitted with a very low error rate by transmitting the control information by use of the thus generated code.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable method using a synchronous non-adaptive retransmitting system by deforming it to a limitation which the synchronous non-adaptive retransmitting system has.SOLUTION: A method for instructing not only transmission of new data but also re-transmission by using a data scheduling message is proposed. A method for determining an error to a reception acknowledgment signal transmitted from a reception side of data via other messages which are subsequently received is proposed. A re-transmission method in a multi-carrier system includes: a step for setting scheduling to data re-transmission as first re-transmission scheduling before re-transmission and receiving a grant message including scheduling information for uplink data transmission; a step for transmitting the uplink data by the scheduling information; and a step for recognizing that re-transmission of the data is required and re-transmitting the data by second re-transmission scheduling information to the data.
