    • The present invention can magnify a sealing characteristic and prevent deformation of hard rubber by coupling a container body with a rib formed on an external cap and through double-injection molding by an elastomer having a different elastic restoring force from the hard rubber charged and hardened in an injection concave groove of a support body that accommodates an internal container, in order to maximize product reliability by improving a sealing structure of a make-up base container or a cosmetic container and providing a clear air-tight effect since the sealing structure cannot be transformed even in case of long-term use. Further, the invention provides regular and firm adhesion without the unequal distribution of the coupling intensity between internal sealing members when the external cap is closed, such that superior sealing performance is accomplished even in case of long-term use and an aesthetic point on the appearance is increased since an opening and closing means is not necessary, and further, it is possible to solve the unstable storage state which is caused when the opening and closing means is equipped.

    • The present invention relates to a hydraulic actuator to which a limit-adjustable mechanical lock device is applied, the actuator comprising: a housing having a first hole in which a piston, having a rack gear formed on one side thereof such that a pinion gear for shaft-fixing a valve shaft is gear-coupled thereto, is accommodated so as to be movable at a predetermined distance, the piston of which both end portions are recessed at a predetermined depth, and a ball insertion groove formed on the inner peripheral surface of a recessed part; side covers coupled at both sides of the housing, and having holder insertion holes formed to be opened toward the first hole side of the housing, and plugs coupled, by screw coupling, to the cross sections thereof, which are opposite to the housing, such that the holder insertion holes are blocked from the outside; a first holder of which one side of the outer peripheral surface is inserted into the holder insertion hole at the plug side of the side cover by screw coupling, having a second hole of which the inside is empty such that the second hole is opened toward the first hole side, and allowing hydraulic pressure to flow in and out at the peripheral surface of the second hole; a second holder fitted and coupled to the inner peripheral surface of the side cover and having one end thereof screw-coupled to the second hole of the first holder, and having a third hole opened toward the first hole side and allowing a cross section of the second hole side to be penetrated at an inner diameter smaller than that of the second hole; a locking means into which a rod is inserted so as to be movable in an axial direction at a predetermined distance across the second hole of the first holder and the third hole of the second holder, wherein the rod allows a ball to be inserted into or separated from the ball insertion hole of the piston by the elasticity of a spring and the hydraulic pressure of predetermined pressure or higher, which is supplied to the first holder, such that the piston is locked or unlocked; and a flow path enabling fluid to pass both the second hole of the first holder and the housing through the side covers and be supplied to the first hole at the front end of the second holder.
