A tubular circumferential wall (100) encircles the inner space (101) and comprises the stationary portion forming the rigid connection means (1) and a movable portion (100d, 100c) providing access to the inner space (101). The interchangeable cooking subassembly (45) includes a stationary upper portion (4) and a movable lower portion (5, 21b) that can occupy a retracted position and a laterally offset position so as to facilitate access thereto.
