摘要： The invention relates to a spinning device in which liquid polymer is guided through a polymer line with a first heating jacket to a spinning pump with a second heating jacket. From said spinning pump, the polymer is transported through several lines to spinning packets and extruded through spinnerets to form filaments. The lines that are connected downstream of the spinning pump, the spinning packets and the spinnerets are located in at least one spinning housing through which heating fluid flows. There is a distance of 5mm between the spinning housing through which the heating fluid flows and the first and second heating jackets and the spinning pump, to obtain thermal decoupling. According to a method for heating the spinning device, vaporous heating fluid is guided out of a first reservoir into the spinning housing, and heating fluid is guided out of a second reservoir into the first and/or second heating jacket. The temperature of the heating fluid that is supplied to the spinning housing is 10 to 40 DEG C higher than the temperature of the heating fluid that is supplied to the first and/or second heating jacket.

摘要： A method and device for the application of a vaporous mist to rectangular nozzles (2) and spinning systems fitted therewith for the production of polyamide filaments. The vapor is supplied via a coiled pipe (9) which is guided through the heating chamber of a spin-die manifold (1) and the vapor is heated to spinning temperature. Vapor outlet strips (11) are placed lengthwise, directly underneath the spin-die manifold (1). i.e. on the lower edge of the group of rectangular nozzles (2) between the spin-die manifold (1) and the after-heater (4). Said vapor outlet strips (11) are fitted with a simple labyrinth for homogenization of pressure. Initially, vapor enters in the middle of the group of rectangular nozzles and passes along the group of rectangular nozzles into a relatively wide distribution chamber which is open at the top. The vertical distribution chamber leads to a horizontal and very narrow dividing chamber which flows openly into the spinning chamber. The vapor then exits in the direction of the nozzles across a plurality of filaments. A vaporous mist is applied to the rear sides of the group of rectangular nozzles.
