    • Provided is a halogen-free insulating composition comprising a thermoplastic ester elastomer and an insulating cable equipped with an insulation layer or sheath layer manufactured using the composition. The composition comprises a base resin consisting of a thermoplastic ester elastomer and poly olefin grafted with a polar functional group; and a halogen-free inorganic flame-retardant.
