    • PURPOSE:To avoid reversion of a reduced laminated sheet and as well reversion of a glaze on a weld line, and as well to ensure the bonding of the laminated sheet, by bonding a composite plate formed thereon with a mold parting type liner which is provided on its front surface with a thermosensitive adhesive film, on the back surface of the laminated sheet. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet A having thermoplastic synthetic resin as a main component, is composed of a nonfoamable sheet to which a front surface layer 1 and a back surface layer 2 are laminated, the front surface layer 1 being a slightly hard layer while the back surface layer 2 being a soft layer. Further, a composite plate B has its front surface formed of a thermosensitive adhesive film 3 and its back surface formed of a mold parting type liner 4. Such laminated sheet A and composite plate B are laminated and bonded together, and a concave-convex pattern 5 is formed in the front surface of the laminated sheet A. Upon use of the thus obtained trimming material the mold parting type liner 4 is removed therefrom, and then the interior material is applied on a molding base material under a vacuum molding process, thereby it may be bonded to the molding base material by a heat upon vacuum molding, simultaneously with the molding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soundproofing vibration-insulating performance by forming one layer of a layer structure having two or more layers of composition having specified peak value of simple substance loss coefficient, thereby enhancing energy absorptivity by a floor material. SOLUTION: The floor material comprises a layer structure having two or more layers. In this case, one of the layers is formed of composition having a peak value of simple substance loss coefficient of 1.0 or more. That is, vinyl chloride resin composition having large loss coefficient is processed in a sheetlike state, a surface layer is laminated on its one side surface, and a rear layer is laminated on the other surface as needed to constitute the floor material. As the composition having large coefficient, 10 to 50 pts.wt. of dicyclohexyl phthalate(DCHP) and 10 to 40 pts.wt. of butyl benzyl phthalate are added to 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin or 10 to 50 pts.wt. of the DCHP and 10 to 40 pts.wt. of trixylenyl phosphate are added to 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin, and are suitably used.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain concrete having a densified surface, high surface strength and excellent durability by a method wherein hydrophilicity is imparted to a sheet and the contact angle with water of the surface of the sheet is set to a specific angle or less to make the surface of the sheet smooth and an embossed pattern is provided to the rear of the sheet and a large number of fine through-holes are opened to the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 1 is composed of a soft thermoplastic resin such as a soft vinyl chloride resin and hydrophilicity is imparted to the surface of the sheet 1 to make the same smooth while embossed patterns wherein recessed parts 2 communicate each other are provided to the rear of the sheet 1 and a large number of pores 3 piercing from the surface of the sheet to the rear thereof are opened to the sheet to hold water permeability and air permeability. When the contact angle with water of the sheet is 45 deg. or more, water permeability is bad and the surface strength of concrete does not become high and the number of pits also increases. The size of pores 3 is 5 - 500 mum and, when the pore size is 5 mum or less, water permeability is inferior and the surface strength of concrete becomes high. When the pore size is 500 mum or more, cement is easy to flow out and the clogging of pores is generated and pore marks are formed on the surface of concrete to damage the surface smooth ness of concrete.
