    • The present invention relates to a phase retardation plate for a 3D display device, comprising: a convex-concave light-transmitting substrate; and a phase retardation layer formed on the light-transmitting substrate, wherein the phase retardation layer has a first phase retardation portion and a second phase retardation portion which have an identical optical axis and different thicknesses, and which are repeatedly formed, wherein phase retardation occurs in both light that has passed through the first phase retardation portion and light that has passed through the second phase retardation portion, wherein the two lights have a phase difference of one half wavelength. The present invention also relates to a 3D display comprising the phase retardation plate. According to the present invention, a process for manufacturing a phase retardation plate is simplified, and the cost of manufacturing a phase retarder is reduced so as to enhance price competitiveness.
