The image distortion correction method comprises the steps of: displaying a picture containing a red image, a green image, and a blue image; selecting one of the red image, the green image, and the blue image for the pixel alignment of the picture; computing pixel coordinate values x + dx and y + dy (wherein, x is the x-coordinate value before alignment, y is the y-coordinate value before alignment, dx is the x-coordinate value which is varied after alignment, and dy is the y-coordinate value which is varied after alignment); and computing distortion correction coordinate values X' and Y' corresponding to the pixel coordinate values x + dx and y + dy; and mapping the distortion correction coordinate values X' and Y' to correct the distortion of the selected image.
