    • A backsheet of a solar cell module generally has a structure where both sides of a polyester base film with excellent vapor and oxygen barrier properties is surrounded with a weather-resistant fluorine polymer laminate film, wherein the fluorine polymer laminate film mainly uses a polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) film. As demands for an inexpensive fluorine polymer coating material with weatherability compared with an existing PVF film in the world market, the invention provides a new weather-resistant fluorine polymer coating material capable of replacing the existing PVF film. The invention provides fluorine polymer particles of a core-shell structure which is used as a weather-resistant coating material for the backsheet of the solar cell module. Particularly, the fluorine polymer particles of a core-shell structure comprise a small amount of a perfluoroalkyl group to a shell side. More specifically, the invention provides a core-shell fluorine polymer which comprises (a) a core formed of the fluorine polymer and (b) a shell in which a perfluoroalkyl group is introduced using a fluorovinylether comonomer.
