CONSTITUTION: The output voltage of a water supply valve is decreased under predetermined values, a control unit displays a freeze notification sign on a display unit(S2, S3). After the freeze notification sign is displayed, the control unit executes a defrosting process(S4). The control unit senses the output voltages of the water supply valve(S5). When the increase amount of the output voltage is higher than the predetermined value, the control unit stops the operation of a heater(S6). The control unit cancels a freeze notification sign(S7).
