摘要： A building element and a method and a moulding tool for the manufacture of a building element for a toy building set comprising a plurality of such building elements, and wherein the building element comprises an essentially box- shaped body part with a top face, a bottom face and a number of sidewalls that extend from the periphery on the bottom side of the box-shaped body part, said sidewalls having a lower edge and wherein, on the top face of the box-shaped body part, at least one coupling stud is configured which extends at given height above the top face of the box-shaped body part, said coupling stud having a continuous abutment face shaped as a cylinder face whose generatrices extend approximately at right angles from the top face of the box-shaped body part to the top of the coupling stud, and wherein the side faces are configured with one or more surfaces configured complementarily to the coupling stud that will, upon interconnection of two building elements, abut frictionally on the coupling stud. According to the invention, the sidewalls are undercut at least in the area where they abut on the coupling stud, and at a distance from the lowermost edge corresponding to the height of the coupling stud, to the effect that the complementarily configured surface(s) adjoin(s) the cylinder face on coupling stud at least a distance below the top of the coupling stud.
