摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt having a high beam strength, capable of following up a carrying route by tight turns, and preventing black grains from occurring. SOLUTION: An A-shaped region comprises two alternating series of laterally spaced links. Each of the first series of links forms an acute angle measured clockwise from the direction of belt travel. Each of the second series of links forms an acute angle measured counterclockwise from the direction of belt travel. Laterally extending webs join the ends of consecutive converging links along an end of the module. First cross bars are positioned along a first imaginary line. Second cross bars on the opposite side of the module lie along a second imaginary line. The two imaginary lines converge inward from the first side edge of the belt to form deeper gaps toward the first side edge for tighter belt collapse at the inside of a turn. 摘要： A modular roller-top conveyor belt and rollers for the belt. The roller-top belt has axles that are fixed relative to the module body. Each of the pieces of the multi-piece rollers can be installed radially onto an axle and joined together in a puzzle pattern to form a complete roller that can rotate on the axle. Parallel ridges extending across the width of the modules add stiffness to the belt.

摘要： A platform member for a knuckle-linked conveyor belt includes a stabilizer for pushing a conveyed product towards a side rail to stabilize the product during conveyance. The platform member may include an upper portion forming a conveying surface and a lower portion stepped down from the upper port for receiving the forward end of an adjacent platform member. A connector on the lower portion connects the platform member to a corresponding body member in the conveyor belt. The upper portion overlies and protrudes forward from the front of the lower portion. Shaped side rails on the platform member are configured to allow overlapping between adjacent side rails to minimize gaps.

摘要： A boot seal for a vertically traveling water screen and a method forming a boot seal. The boot seal comprises a bent plate extending from an attachment end to a free end. The attachment end attachedes to a frame at the bottom of a channel of water flowing through the screen. The seal is positioned upstream of the upward-moving upstream face of the screen. The free end of the bent plate in a rest position is close to or lightly touching the upstream face of the screen. The bent plate has a concave surface facing the screen and acts as a cam follower to a passing lift element's cam. As the lift element slides along the cam surface, it pivots the boot plate in an upstream direction against a spring bias. When the lift element clears the boot plate, the boot plate springs back to its rest position.
