摘要： The present invention provides a multilayer-coated stent for controlled drug release, comprising: a first base layer formed on a stent support and made of poly(ethylene-co-vinylacetate) or polystyrene-ethylene-butylene rubber polymer; a second coating layer formed on the first base layer and made of a biocompatible or a bioabsorbable polymer and a drug component; and a third coating layer formed on the second coating layer and made of a biocompatible or a bioabsorbable polymer and a drug component different from the drug component of the second coating layer. The inventive stent can deliver a broad range of therapeutic substances for a long time and prevent the early rapid release of the drug components in blood. Also, unlike the existing drug-coated stents, the inventive stent includes two kinds of drugs complementary to each other, but can optimize the efficacy of the drugs by differentiating the control of drug release according to time.

摘要： The present invention relates to plasma display panel and manufacturing method thereof to simplify the manufacturing steps and reduce cost of production. In the present invention, a black layer formed between a transparent electrode and a bus electrode is formed together with a black matrix at the same time. In this case, the black layer is formed together with the black matrix in one. Cheap nonconductive oxide is used as a black powder of a black layer. Specifically, in case the black layer and the black matrix are formed in one, the bus electrode is shifted to a non-discharge area to improve the brightness of the plasma display panel.

Not only pictures, which are to be converted into L pictures, but also pictures, which are to be converted into H pictures, at the current temporal decomposition level are used as candidates for a reference picture for coding a current picture into a predictive image. A previous picture, which has already been converted into an H picture, can also be used as a reference picture for converting the current picture into an H picture. Using the previous picture as the reference picture increases MCTF coding efficiency if the previous picture has an image most highly correlated with that of the current picture.

摘要： A method and apparatus for encoding/decoding a video signal according to a scalable MCTF coding scheme is provided. When a video signal is encoded through a temporal decomposition procedure, information regarding a motion vector of an image block in an H frame in a frame sequence belonging to level L of the temporal decomposition procedure is recorded using information based on a motion vector of a block spatially co-located with the image block and present in an H frame belonging to level N (higher than the level L) of the temporal decomposition procedure. When the two motion vectors of the image block and the spatially co-located block are similar, the amount of coded motion vector information can be reduced, thereby increasing MCTF coding efficiency.

In the procedure of encoding the video signal, when a frame temporarily simultaneous with a frame including a macro block of an enhanced layer which will obtain a prediction video does not exist in a base layer, the macro block is encoded based on difference values of residual data using corresponding residual blocks in a past frame and a future frame of the base layer which are residual data corresponding to image difference values and using a residual block for the macro block of the enhanced layer. Accordingly, a residual prediction mode is applied for a macro block of an enhanced layer even if a frame temporally simultaneous with a frame of the enhanced layer does not exist in a base layer, thereby improve coding efficiency.

摘要： A method and apparatus for encoding and decoding a video signal according to a Motion Compensated Temporal Filtering (MCTF) scheme is provided. A video frame sequence divided into video intervals is encoded over a plurality of levels of a temporal decomposition procedure of MCTF. A reference block of an image block included in an initial one of the frames of each decomposition level belonging to a current video interval is searched for in both an L frame obtained at the last level of a temporal decomposition procedure of a video interval immediately prior to the current video interval and a frame included in the current video interval, and an image difference between the image block and the reference block is coded into the image block. This prevents a decoding error of the initial frame at each temporal composition level caused by an increase in the number of temporal composition levels over video intervals.
