    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interspinous implant which is minimally invasive in surgery, increases an intervertebral space, and reduces pressure against a spinal marrow and blood vessels. SOLUTION: The interspinous implant 800 applied to be inserted between spinous processes 2, 4 includes: a first wing; a spacer extending from the first wing; an extension guide 810 extending from the spacer and having an extension end away from the spacer; and a first winglet 812 and a second winglet 814 arranged between the spacer and the extension end of the extension guide and suitable to move between a retracted form and a deployed form. The first and second winglets are expanded to be between the extension guide and the spacer, and limit the displacement of the interspinous implant when the interspinous implant is positioned between the spinous processes.
