摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling apparatus, uniformly boiling noodle without boiling over. SOLUTION: This noodle boiling apparatus is controlled so that after a boiling basket where noodle is put is set in a boiling water vessel and boiling of noodle is started, water is supplied for a fixed time or in a fixed quantity in the lapse of s fixed time from the start of boiling the noodle.
