    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosion method of a steam condensate system in which a block trouble of a dead-end pipe arrangement does not occur, and an excellent anticorrosion effect is realized to both of a rolled steel and a copper material in the steam condensate system by an agent of a low concentration even if carbon dioxide and oxygen exist in steam; and an anticorrosion agent.SOLUTION: (1) Provided is an anticorrosion method of a steam condensate system in which an emulsion in which a vegetable fat is emulsified is added to steam or condensed water in a boiler and/or other steam generation plants, and the anticorrosion method of a steam condensate system is that the vegetable fat includes one or two or more selected from a safflower oil, an olive oil, a sunflower oil, a colza oil, a cotton seed oil, a palm oil, a palm kernel oil, a copra oil, a rice bran oil, a linseed oil, and a peanut oil. (2) Provided is an anticorrosion agent of a steam condensate system that is for the boiler and/or the other evaporation generation plants, and the anticorrosion agent is an emulsion that comprises emulsifying the vegetable fat.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosion method of a steam generation facility in which a non-volatile anticorrosion agent is made to reach a terminal of a steam circuit, and excellent anticorrosion effect can be exhibited to both a steel material and a copper material.SOLUTION: An anticorrosion method of a steam generation facility is that an anticorrosion agent including fats is added by being blown out from a spray nozzle into a steam circuit that locates in a downstream of a boiler body. Preferably, the spray nozzle is installed to be the same direction with flow of steam in the steam circuit. Moreover, preferably, a blowout angle of an anticorrosion agent blown out from the spray nozzle is made in a range of 60-120 degrees.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow rate calculation method for a boiler capable of accurately understanding the blow rate of the boiler to be a prescribed value without using any flow meter or any electric conductivity sensor, and to provide a control method for the boiler.SOLUTION: The blow rate calculation method for the boiler for calculating the blow rate of the boiler on the basis of the quality of boiler water or supplied water in a compact through-flow boiler using soft water as supplement water includes steps of: (a) setting a compact through-flow boiler to low-combustion or high-combustion fixed opening before boiler water is sampled; (b) sampling boiler water through a downcomer line from a steam separator; (c) sampling supplied water; and (d) calculating the blow rate of the boiler on the basis of the chloride ion density or the silica density of the sampled boiler water or supplied water. The control method for the boiler controls the blow of the boiler water so that the obtained blow rate may be set to a prescribed value.
