    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure and a pipe fixing method capable of being applied to such a case that a gap is small and preventing the occurrence of slippage and local stress in a pipe line.
      SOLUTION: Both pipe lines 1 and 2 are fixed in a gap 4 between the existing pipe line 1 and the insertion pipe line 2 by inserting a pipe fixing plate 3 having the same material as that of a fill material 5 injected in the gap 4 in advance, and the fill material 5 is injected in the gap 4 to integrate them with each other in such a state. The pipe fixing plate 3 is placed around the whole circumference of the gap 4, and can be inserted in the direction of the diameter of the pipe line in piles by fitting to the width of the gap 4. In that case, the fill material 5 and the pipe fixing plate 3 integrally support the whole both pipe lines 1 and 2 by an equal force, the occurrence of the slippage in the pipe lines is suppressed, and the pipe fixing plate 3 can also correspond to such a case when the gap 4 has a narrow width because of its plate-like body. When the insertion pipe line 2 is inserted into the existing pipe line 1, an insertion port 2a of one end is fitted to a socket 2b of the other insertion pipe line 2 to fix, and, the pipe fixing plate 3 is inserted in the circumference of the socket 2b of the other end to fix. A placement position of the pipe fixing plate 3 is always located on the end on the starting side of the insertion pipe line 2 to be properly connected to easily insert the pipe fixing plate 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sure sealing property by swelling water cut-off rubber 10 into a fixed shape.
      SOLUTION: This pipe joint structure is constituted by fitting a pipe 1 insertion orifice into a pipe 1 reception port through the water cut-off rubber 10. The water cut-off rubber 10 is wide, its both-side fringes 11, 11 are fixed to the outer peripheral face of the pipe insertion orifice in a watertight manner. A filler 20 is pressed into the water cut-off rubber 10 through a pouring hole 3 and is cured. The outer face of the water cut-off rubber 10 is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral face of the pipe reception port. When the water cut-off rubber 10 is fixed to a pipe 1 side in two sections of both side fringes 11, 11, the water cut-off rubber 10 swells into the fixed shape by pouring the filler 20. For this reason, if the cross section of the water cut-off rubber 10 is set to obtain an optimum swelling shape, a sure sealing property can be obtained. In particular, this means is effective for a joint structure of an elliptical pipe, an egg-shaped pipe, and a non-circular pipe in which a difference in a clearance is likely to be generated in a surrounding between the pipes in a pipe joint part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frictional resistance on a part of a saddle plate which is brought into contact with an iron pipe by forming a protecting layer in which carbon powder is mixed, on a surface which is brought into contact with the iron pipe, in a fiber reinforcing resin made saddle plate curbed in a circular arc shape for supporting a lower part of the iron pipe. SOLUTION: In the case where a hydraulic iron pipe and the like are installed in a condition exposed along the horizon, a fiber reinforced resin made saddle plate 11 used for a saddle for supporting the intermediate part of an iron pipe 12, is curved in a circular arc shape so as to support the lower part of the iron pipe 12, and is fixed to the saddle 13. In this case, a resin made protect layer in which carbon powder is mixed is laminated on a surface of a side of the main body 15 of the fiber reinforced resin made saddle plate 11 which is brought into contact with the iron pipe 12. The protect layer 14 is formed in such a way that a resin mixed with carbon powder is impregnated on synthetic fiber made nonwoven fabric/mat. The nonwoven fabric is interposed, and thereby, abrasion resistance of the protect layer 14 is improved so as to improved abrasion resistance of the saddle plate 11.
