    • A network video system for a television to broadcast a computer network video program includes a peer-to-peer (P2P) video service platform, a computer, a network video decoder, and a television. The P2P video service platform further includes at least a video server, at least a commercial server, and a plurality of peers. The computer forms a P2P network connection with the P2P video service platform so as to download at least one video stream from the video server or the peers and at least one commercial stream from the commercial server. The network video decoder forms a local network connection with the computer so as to receive the video streams and the commercial streams downloaded to the computer. The television is coupled electrically with the network video decoder to display the video streams and the commercial streams received by the network video decoder.

    • A method for converting a computerized briefing file to a PC-less briefing file is disclosed and comprises the steps of: presenting the computerized briefing file via a briefing software, wherein the computerized briefing file has a plurality of pages of briefing data; capturing the plurality of frames of the presented page of briefing data while presenting each page of briefing data, wherein if a difference block is existed between the last frame and the next frame, the difference block being stored in the PC-less file, otherwise, presenting the next frame; judging whether the pagination of the presented frame is changed or not, if not, continuously capturing, comparing and storing the present page of briefing data, otherwise, capturing, comparing and storing the next page of briefing data; and such steps are not stopped until the last page of briefing data has being done.

    • A screen frame transmission method includes a transmitting end capturing screen frame data and transmitting the screen frame data to a receiving end, and detecting for a user's operation and outputting a mode switching signal; a receiving end buffering the screen frame data transmitted by the transmitting end based on which a display device updates its screen, and according to the mode switching signal, switching to the operating mode or the video mode, wherein during the video mode, a longer playback period of the screen frame data are buffered, and during an operating mode, a shorter playback period of the screen frame data are buffered. According to the aforementioned method, during the video mode, the video may be played back smoothly; during the operating mode, a low latency delay control experience may be provided. A receiving device and screen frame transmission system realizing the above method are also disclosed.
