摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a columnar pipe with a hole which can efficiently prevent the production of feedback oscillation sound (wind noise) which is produced because of the phenomenon which is repeated at regular intervals that the wind vortex is discharged at the edge of the hole (an edge) where the wind parts from the pipe, that the vortex rides the wind and comes into collision with the edge of the hole (the edge) on the downstream side and produces sound, that the pressure wave produced here propagates to the edge of the hole on the upstream side and generates the next vortex when the wind direction intersects the center line of the hole (for example, at right angles) of the columnar pipe with the hole. SOLUTION: The columnar pipe with the hole is provided with the hole 5 and an annular projection 6. The hole 5 is provided on the peripheral wall of the pipe 2 so that it penetrates between the inside and the outside of the pipe 2, and the annular projection 6 surrounds the hole 5 by being projected from the outer surface 22 of the peripheral wall.
