摘要： A method and apparatus for generating a keystream are provided. The method includes: (a) receiving a bitstream comprised of at least 4 bits; (b) selecting at least two bits from the received bitstream; (c) generating an operation value by performing a predetermined bitwise operation on the bits selected in (b); and (d) determining whether to discard the received bitstream or to output the rest of the received bitstream not selected in (b) according to the operation value. The method and apparatus for generating a keystream are expected to be suitable for a ubiquitous computing and network environment and to provide high security or high efficiency.

摘要： Disclosed is a battery pack management method for HEV and EV. The method comprises steps of: applying power for a control signal to a relay of a battery pack connection circuit through a battery management system (BMS) or vehicle control device; detecting current or voltage from a pre-charge resistor of the battery pack connection circuit; comparing the detected current or voltage with standard correspondence information pre-stored in a memory unit of the BMS to determine whether the detected value is within a normal range of the battery pack; and carrying out a normal charging operation when the detected value is within the normal range as a result of the determination, otherwise turning off a pre-charge relay of the battery pack connection circuit and then providing a driver with a warning signal through warning means electrically connected to the BMS.

摘要： Disclosed is an interferon-α (IFN-α) fused protein having IFN-α fused to a cytoplasmic transduction peptide (CTP). The disclosure relates to a fused protein wherein a CTP, which binds well to cell-membrane barriers and enables translocation into the liver, is genetically fused to a human IFN-α, thereby enhancing the conjugation capacity of cell membranes and antiviral activity, inhibiting CTP transport into the cell nucleus, and enhancing the translocation and settlement of the fused protein into the liver and of transduction to the liver tissue. Accordingly, it is possible to develop protein-based medicines effective for preventing or treating various liver diseases associated with viral infection at low doses.
