    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive protrusion from falling down and to perform an electromagnetic wave shielding function. SOLUTION: A closure member 64 which can close a through hole 62c of the conductive frame member 62 for constituting the skeleton of a shield room is provided in the hole 62c. A conductive flange 62d is provided at the conductive frame member so as to be opposite to a peripheral edge of a closure surface of the closure member, and an electromagnetic wave shielding material 10 is adhered to the flange opposite to the peripheral edge of the closure surface of the closure member via a second conductive adhesive layer. The peripheral edge of the closure member is constituted so as to be brought into contact with the conductive protrusion of the shielding material at a through hole closing time with the member. A sheet material of the shielding material is arranged on the surface of the frame member, the conductive protrusion formed of conductive fiber is stood on the surface of the sheet material, and further the protrusion and the frame member are electrically connected via a connecting member. The sheet material is a band-like base cloth which is formed by weaving warps and wefts in such a manner that a longitudinal direction is set as a lengthwise direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive protrusion from falling down, and to exhibit an electromagnetic wave shielding function.
      SOLUTION: A sheet material 12 is arranged on the surface of a conductive frame member, the conductive protrusion 13 formed of a conductive fiber is formed on the surface of the sheet material, and further, the conductive protrusion and the conductive frame member are electrically connected through a connecting member 14. The sheet material is a band-like base cloth manufactured by weaving warps 12a and wefts in such a manner that a longitudinal direction is set to a length direction. The conductive protrusion is formed by intruding a plurality of conductive pile yarns into the longitudinal direction of the base cloth 12, weaving the pile yarns, and cutting the pile yarns. Further, the connecting member includes a first conductive adhesive layer 21 formed by coating the backside of the base cloth with a conductive adhesive, conductive metal foil 23 adhered to the base cloth through the first conductive adhesive layer, and a second conductive adhesive layer 22 formed by coating the backside of the metal foil with the conductive adhesive.
