    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat crack-prevented zeolite separation film, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: preparing an aqueous solution by dissolving an alumina-based raw material, a silica-based raw material and sodium hydroxide to water; preparing a hydrothermal solution by agitating the aqueous solution; preparing a seed crystal slurry through wet vibratory grinding and centrifugal separation of zeolite powder; passing seed crystals to the support by vacuum filtration to adhere the seed crystals to a surface of the support and further adhere them to permeate from a region 3 μm in depth from the surface of the support to a region of 50% of the overall thickness of the support; and putting the hydrothermal solution to a hydrothermal reactor, submerging the support with the seed crystals adhered thereto to the hydrothermal solution to perform hydrothermal treatment thereon, to thereby develop a compact zeolite separation layer not only on the surface of the support but also to the inside of the support. According to these steps, heat crack of the zeolite separation layer can be reduced, and the zeolite separation film can exert stable and excellent separation performance in a heating process and at an intended process temperature.
