    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a carbon nano-tube electron emitting source fitted to a cathode to be replaced regarding the application of an already existing carbon nano-tube to the X-ray tube of a dental radiographic system. SOLUTION: This X-ray tube system which is manufactured into a pen shape can be inserted into the oral cavity of a human body since the thickness is small, and therefore, an accurate image to a position in the oral cavity for which the diagnosis is required can be attained. In addition, in a mouth cancer treatment for which a proper amount of the radiation therapy is required, the direct radiation of X ray to the lesion is possible. Therefore, the contiguity treatment becomes possible without a risk of the exposure of the X ray to other normal tissues, and it is judged that the repercussion effect in daily use is extremely high. The X-ray tube system which can be used for medical treatments such as dental treatments is equipped with an X-ray emitting module which emits X rays using a nano structure substance which has been formed into a chip (a carbon nano tube or the like). The X-ray tube system includes a structure for separating the X-ray emitting module from the body in order to replace the cathode of the nano structure substance base included in the X-ray emitting module.
